Spitfire Catering is a joint business, with my wife Maria,   Our Commitment To You....   We could tell you about our fabulous spit roast pork, delectably seasoned roasted lamb, poultry and honey cured hams, not to mention our imaginative salads, vegetables and condiments - but you should really experience it. We travel to your site of choice, setup and cleanup when finished. We have professional staff to carve and serve. We also have bar staff available on request. Menus to suit all requirements and budgets, breakfast, lunch and dinner, we do them all and believe our menus are flexible to suit all types of catering. Be it a wedding, a construction site BBQ or a school reunion or maybe a medieval function we have the menu.    where you are assured of having one or the other, or both of us at your function.
